Shipping and Delivery Policy

All your orders are shipped by our contracted cargo companies operating within Türkiye.

Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address by cargo within 1 to 5 business days. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

When your order is delivered, you can open and check your package with the cargo officer. If the package is crushed, torn, opened, wet, etc. or if you encounter an unexpected situation or a problematic product, do not accept the package. Have the cargo officer draw up a report and have the package returned to us by the cargo company.

In accordance with the relevant legislation, during the delivery of postal items to the recipient by service providers (postal-cargo companies); at least; the recipient's name-surname, Turkish identity number (passport number for foreign nationals, number of an equivalent document with international validity or number of a document issued by the Turkish authorities to determine identity) are recorded and kept confidentially for at least two years in order to present it to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient does not want to provide their identity information, the item is not delivered and is returned to the sender.
